This author clearly works his ass off and is very passionate about his work, and he, like many others, should be given a chance. Without question, it's an excellent set of stories. This is an issue for me, as I have previously mentioned. I don’t want to give too much away; however, over all, I truly admire Brottman for giving these men the opportunity to challenge themselves, to step out of their stereotype, to discuss, to think, to broaden their experiences. And I thanked Hamill for helping make some sense out of life and the city. At this stage, Hemingway is dealing with issues surrounding mortality and the writing is much more petulant.
